per day for two anglers or $350 for one, lunch included.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm
your booking. Deposits are refundable with 30 days notice
before your scheduled trip. I hire only experienced, competent
guides or take you myself to insure that your trip will be
a success.
There are many accommodations to be found in the Big Hole
/ Beaverhead area. I will be happy to personally assist you
in finding lodging appropriate to your needs. During the season
all inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours. Please
be sure to include the dates you're interested in and your
telephone number. I can also refer you to competent outfitters
in other areas of the state.
I have been fishing this area
for more than 30 years now.
I have been fortunate over the years to have fished with many
excellent creative anglers. It's given me a pretty good grasp
of what it takes to catch fish consistently here. These rivers
offer anglers a chance to catch 18" - 24" trout
on #18 flies and smaller as well as larger flies and streamers.
The Big Hole is really in its prime now. The Fish and Wildlife
biologists tell us there have never been so many large browns
in this river in its history. The area itself is very scenic
and offers many charms besides the fishing. I look forward
to seeing many of my old friends this summer and to making
new friends on the river.
